My baby is now 3 years old. Where has the time gone? She is such a big girl now. For Lauren's birthday we went to Chuck E Cheese with the family and let me tell you we picked a great night to go. We went on May 5th which was Cinco de Mayo and I guess everyone was out partying for it because we had almost the whole place to ourselves. We could actually see where our kids were without having to follow them around everywhere. Lauren had a blast with her cousins and enjoyed her birthday. She was so excited for this day and had been singing "Happy Birthday to Lauren" for weeks. Another year is gone and it's sad to see that she is growing up so quickly but I love each stage the kids go through as they get older. The 3's have always been the toughest age for my kids to go through (and for me too :) So, here we go again.

Happy Birthday sweet Lauren. A great time was had a Chuck-e-cheese. We'll have to remember that date next year and go for fun.
